About Us

Worthy Construction is a limited company run by Bryan Worthington and Lee Monk. They have 30 and 20 years experience in the building trade respectively. Perhaps more importantly, they have spent 18 of those years working together.

They both started their careers working on large sites, building apartment blocks etc, before working for a smaller company. This is where they built up their skills and knowledge dealing with extensions, property refurbishments and conversions. This work also gave them an insight into the relationship between the builder and the client, and the importance of communication throughout the process. They were then able to draw on these experiences in setting up their own company. Since then, they have gone from strength to strength, as satisfied customers have generated business through word of mouth.

Bryan and Lee undertake the building work themselves, and they have a specially selected team of sub-contractors to deal with more specialized aspects of a job, such as plumbing, plastering etc. You can be assured that these are all experts in their fields. Their skills will be incorporated in your estimate and proposed schedule of works.
